Are your items vintage or resell?
Yes. All items sold at Mulligan Lane are authentic vintage or pre-loved pieces. Each one has lived a life before finding its way here—and that’s part of the charm.

Do vintage items show wear?
Sometimes, yes. Vintage pieces may show light signs of age, wear, or patina. We believe that history adds character, but we always note any significant flaws in product descriptions.

Are items cleaned or restored?
Items are cleaned and inspected before listing. Some pieces are thoughtfully restored or refreshed as part of our Second Shot process, which will always be clearly noted.


One-of-a-Kind Inventory

Will you restock sold-out items?
Most likely, no. Nearly everything we carry is one of a kind. Once it’s gone, it’s gone—which is what makes the hunt part of the fun.

Can you hold an item for me?
At this time, we’re unable to place holds. Inventory moves quickly, and we operate on a first-come, first-served basis.


Sizing & Fit

How does sizing work for vintage clothing?
Vintage sizing can vary significantly from modern sizing. We always recommend checking the measurements listed in the product description and comparing them to something you already own.

Can you help with fit questions?

Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.

Do you offer local pickup?
If local pickup is available, it will be noted at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability will be listed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.


Returns & Final Sale

Do you accept returns?
Because we sell vintage and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final. We encourage you to read descriptions carefully and reach out with questions before purchasing.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
