At Mulligan Lane, we do our best to get your order packed with care and on its way as quickly as possible. Because our items are one of a kind, each order is handled thoughtfully from start to finish.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

During busy periods, special drops, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and promise it’s worth the wait.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

If local pickup is available for your order, that option will be noted at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and rates will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination and are outside of our control once shipped

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped, Mulligan Lane is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft caused by the shipping carrier or delivery location.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@shopmulliganlane.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We’ll review the situation and work with you to make it right when possible.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Mulligan Lane is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
